How We Verify

Exactly what we check — and what we don't

Transparency is the whole point. No automated KYC in V1 — every application is manually cross-checked by the founders.

The checklist

  • ID photo matches the selfie
  • ID is not expired or altered
  • Proof of work is legitimate — we visit submitted URLs and reverse-image-search photos
  • Claimed platform profiles are real and publicly reachable
  • Name on ID matches the application
  • Contact info is reachable

If anything looks inconsistent, we flag and hold — we never reject immediately. We message the VA for clarification first.

Accepted proof of work

OnlineJobs.ph Profile Screenshot

Visited live at onlinejobs.ph/jobseekers/[id] — publicly viewable, free to verify.

Upwork Profile Screenshot

VA sets profile to public; we visit the submitted URL directly.

LinkedIn Profile Screenshot

Publicly viewable for basic profile info — we confirm it matches.

Training Certificates

Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, Canva, etc. — verified against the issuer's public credential page.

Client Testimonials

Soft proof — cross-checked for consistency, flagged if templated or too polished.

Portfolio Work Samples

We visit submitted links and reverse-image-search profile photos.

Redacted Contracts / SOWs

Soft verification — checked for consistency of name, dates, and nature of work.

Payment Records

GCash/PayPal/Wise screenshots — confirms a working relationship existed.

We never accept documents via email or Messenger — all uploads go through the encrypted upload form on VAuch'd directly. This is an NPC compliance requirement.
